I am new to this and havent figured it out yet, but as new immune cells are made they learn from the older guys and girls what they need to react too, so somehow if we can stop a reaction for say 3-6 months and all the older cells have died off, then maybe we are on the road to less allergic reactions. Its important to eat an anti inflammatory diet, heal the gut and switch off the immune system as it over reacts. Am trying to build those back up now, several decades later !
